KYOKA is a collaboration between TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC and Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre (HYC) works towards becoming a youth hub where the youth meet and connect with likeminded people to contribute towards a sustainable community. As a community-based, non-profit start up, the HYC is designed to be an ideal hangout place for young people. It sees the collaboration between the youth centre and various like-minded partners, who share common vision of providing a platform for youths to connect, learn, grow, and serve the community.
